He then underwent two stints of senior residency totalling three years in New Delhi institutions, initially at the Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences (IHBAS) for two weeks, and then at the University College of Medical Sciences and Guru Tegh Bahadur Hospital (UCMS & GTBH), which ended in July 2014. He was then attached to the Department of Psychiatry at Santosh Medical College and Hospital in Ghaziabad as Assistant Professor, until March 2015. Dr. Anubhav Rathi went through several speciality rotations during his training and residency. These included assessment, management and follow-up for inpatients and outpatients in: child psychiatry; de-addiction unit; general psychiatry and geriatric psychiatry; and, sex clinic outpatients. He worked under the supervision of several senior psychiatrists such as Professor Prabhat Sitholey, Dr. Vivek Agarwal, Professor PK Dalal, Professor JK Trivedi, Dr. Anil Nischal and Professor Harjeet Singh. He also underwent a one-month posting at the Department of Neurology of King George’s Medical University in Lucknow. Besides his clinical work, Dr. Rathi has been involved in teaching postgraduate, undergraduate, nursing and occupational therapy students. He also has a number of publications to his name in indexed medical journals, and has attended, made several presentations and delivered lectures at numerous conferences, seminars and other events.
